PRR5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,636 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, Angiogenesis, and Response to hypoxia. Each is linked with PRR5L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR5L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Integrin-mediated signaling pathway grouped by PRR5L-low versus PRR5L-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
