PRR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P7, NDUFS6P1, and MIR7156. Each is linked with PRR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR5-to-partner and partner-to-PRR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
