Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,364 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, HNRNPUL1, and PRPF31. Each is linked with PRR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR4-to-partner and partner-to-PRR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR4 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
