Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAMD4P6, RNU6-1054P, and USP29. Each is linked with PRR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR4-to-partner and partner-to-PRR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD4P6 grouped by PRR4-low versus PRR4-high in SKCM.
