Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80 and SF2. Each is linked with PRR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR4-to-partner and partner-to-PRR4 results are reported.
