PRR36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP4, PML, and MLKL. Each is linked with PRR36 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR36-to-partner and partner-to-PRR36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR36→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
