Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,149 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR36-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, YPEL1, and REM2. Each is linked with PRR36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR36-to-partner and partner-to-PRR36 results are reported.
