Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR36-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p62 Lck ligand, and MEK1. Each is linked with PRR36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR36-to-partner and partner-to-PRR36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR36→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
