PRR34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,139 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA2, SEC24A, and AGO1. Each is linked with PRR34 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR34-to-partner and partner-to-PRR34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR34 versus SMARCA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR34→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
