Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,056 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, PTPN7, and PTPRC. Each is linked with PRR33 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR33-to-partner and partner-to-PRR33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR33 versus ARHGAP45 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
