Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 895 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIN3, SLC8A3, and NFATC2. Each is linked with PRR33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR33-to-partner and partner-to-PRR33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR33 versus RIN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
