Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,916 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Integrin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRR33 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR33-to-partner and partner-to-PRR33 results are reported.
