Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR32 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PRR32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, LIHC, and TGCT are the cancer types where PRR32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
