PRR32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,311 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF474-AS1, ZNF474, and SSBP2. Each is linked with PRR32 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR32-to-partner and partner-to-PRR32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR32→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
