Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR32 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with PRR32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR32-to-partner and partner-to-PRR32 results are reported.
