PRR30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR30-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2A, THSD7B, and SMARCC2. Each is linked with PRR30 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR30-to-partner and partner-to-PRR30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR30→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
