PRR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, GNL1, and ADNP. Each is linked with PRR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR3-to-partner and partner-to-PRR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
