PRR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGPP3, SLC20A1P3, and LINC01072. Each is linked with PRR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR3-to-partner and partner-to-PRR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
