Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR29 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PRR29 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where PRR29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
