PRR29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, RPGR_S961, and RPL18A_S123. Each is linked with PRR29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR29-to-partner and partner-to-PRR29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR29→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
