Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR23D3P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PRR23D3P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where PRR23D3P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PRR23D3P is over-expressed in tumor.
UCEC are the cancer types where PRR23D3P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
