PRR20E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR20E RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR20E-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMP4, SYVN1, and SPDYE3. Each is linked with PRR20E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR20E-to-partner and partner-to-PRR20E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IMP4 grouped by PRR20E-low versus PRR20E-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR20E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR20E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
