PRR20E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR20E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 120 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR20E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Regulation of cellular pH reduction, and Regulation of signaling receptor activity. Each is linked with PRR20E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR20E-to-partner and partner-to-PRR20E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by PRR20E-low versus PRR20E-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR20E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR20E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
