PRR20E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR20E RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR20E-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB2, ADAMTS18, and BRINP3. Each is linked with PRR20E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR20E-to-partner and partner-to-PRR20E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAB2 grouped by PRR20E-low versus PRR20E-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR20E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR20E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
