PRR20A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR20A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR20A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYB, CLK2P1, and WNT8B. Each is linked with PRR20A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR20A-to-partner and partner-to-PRR20A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR20A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR20A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
