PRR20A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR20A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR20A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB2, ADAMTS18, and BRINP3. Each is linked with PRR20A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR20A-to-partner and partner-to-PRR20A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR20A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR20A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
