Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,633 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B3, XRCC1, and MSH2. Each is linked with PRR19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR19-to-partner and partner-to-PRR19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
