Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR19-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PRR19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR19-to-partner and partner-to-PRR19 results are reported.
