Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,509 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex disassembly, Nucleosome disassembly, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with PRR19 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR19-to-partner and partner-to-PRR19 results are reported.
