PRR19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGSL1, ADGRE3, and OR13C4. Each is linked with PRR19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR19-to-partner and partner-to-PRR19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
