Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ATM, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PRR16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR16-to-partner and partner-to-PRR16 results are reported.
