Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE2, OR5T2, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with PRR16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR16-to-partner and partner-to-PRR16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
