Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,359 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, PICK1, and PRR15_S114. Each is linked with PRR15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR15 versus CTPS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
