Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,676 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, GTF3C6P3, and ICAM5. Each is linked with PRR15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15 results are reported.
