Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS26P30, PCYT1B-AS1, and RN7SL340P. Each is linked with PRR15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15 results are reported.
