PRR15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,580 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory perception of salty taste, Regulation of potassium ion import, and Desmosome assembly. Each is linked with PRR15 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sensory perception of salty taste grouped by PRR15-low versus PRR15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
