Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTL7A and OR52K1. Each is linked with PRR15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTL7A grouped by PRR15-low versus PRR15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
