Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,999 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAZ, GTF3C1, and CXXC1. Each is linked with PRR14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR14 versus MAZ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
