Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PRR14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14 results are reported.
