Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,760 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRR14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by PRR14-low versus PRR14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
