PRR14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 791 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, TMEM213, and LACTBL1. Each is linked with PRR14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by PRR14-low versus PRR14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
