PRR13P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR13P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,025 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR13P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCF11, HNRNPK, and RBL2. Each is linked with PRR13P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR13P1-to-partner and partner-to-PRR13P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR13P1 versus PCF11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR13P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR13P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
