PRR13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,998 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, NCEH1, and STAT6. Each is linked with PRR13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR13-to-partner and partner-to-PRR13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
