Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,081 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, MFAP1_S53, and MINK1_S732. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR12 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
