Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,434 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIH1D1, PRMT1, and NOSIP. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.
