Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, LINC01635, and PHF5A. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.
