PRR12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and Lck. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PRR12-low versus PRR12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
