Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,874 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by PRR12-low versus PRR12-high in STOMACH.
