Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,018 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTP5, CCDC113, and UAP1. Each is linked with PRR12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR12-to-partner and partner-to-PRR12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTP5 grouped by PRR12-low versus PRR12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
