Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR11 data layer compared with 32 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PRR11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO show a favorable association.
OV, PRAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where PRR11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
